Bounded on the Big Buctouche River, Kent County, New Brunswick, by a maple stump N. 18°, 15’ W. to a stake on the road N. 11°, 45° Soe ea and to S. 73°, 30’ W., bounded to land granted to Dominique Robicheau N. 16°, ale W.: bounded on the other side by Big Buctouche River, in the County of Kent, New Brunswick, aecording to the plans annexed. To have and to hold the same unto er-> said Majesty the Queen, Her heirs and successors forever, all and singular those cer- tain parcels or tracts of land as above described, in trust, to sell and convey the same to such person or persons and upon such terms as the Government of this said Domin- ‘on of Canada shall or may deem most conducive to the interest of us, the said Chiefs and Principal Men, and our people in all time to come. And upon the further condition that the moneys received from the sale thereof shall, after deducting the usual proportion for expense of management, be placed at interest. and that the interest money so accruing from such investment shall be paid annually or semi-annually to us and our descendants in all time to come forever, and we the said Chiefs and Principal Men of the band aforesaid, do, on behalf of our people snd for ourselves, hereby ratify and confirm, and promise to ratify and confirra, what- evar the Government of this Dominion of Canada may do or cause to be lawfully done in connection with the disposal and sale of the said lands. MecMillan’s lot and every other lot is included in ‘the surrender.
