Together with all the Mining privileges necessary for the proper working and extracting from the ground and carriage of the said coal off the Reserve and also with the permission to erect and maintain buildings and other structures necessary for the prosecution of mining the said coal. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto Her said Majesty Tue Queen, her Heirs and Successors forever, in trust to dispose of such coal and mining rights and privileges to such person or persons, and upon such terms as the Government of the Dominion of Canada may deem most conducive to our welfare and that of our people.
