and his successors in office is now the owner of an estate in fee simple of and in the
whole of Legal Subdivisions Four and Three and the West half of Legal Subdivision
Two of Section Four in Township Forty four in Range Two West of the Third
Meridian in the District of Saskatchewan in the North West Territories of Canada,
containing one hundred acres more or less: subject to the encumbrances, liens and
“interests notified by memorial underwritten or endorsed hereon, or which may hereafter
be recorded in the Register of Title.
